Ph.D. Candidate @ City University of Hong KongHi, I am Xinyu Luo, a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Haoliang Li and Prof. Arindam Basu (co-supervisor).
